Lo sgombro dell’ Anna (Maquereau de Anna- Anna's Mackerel)

Ebbene si, la “ gran donna,classe 1934” di cui già si è parlato è la mia incredibile suocera, l’Anna, la stessa donna che alla veneranda età di ottant’anni, con due mani su cui l’artrosi non si è risparmiata neanche un po’ ha rispolverato l’antica arte e, gomito a gomito con la mia dolce mamma, mi ha cucito il vestito da sposa, doppio, perché c’era pure il pizzo; la stessa donna che fa spallucce e ti sorride come a dire: “E’ tutto qui” per poi tirare fuori dal cilindro perle rare e ricette sopraffine, sempre sorridendo perché: “E’ tutto qui”.

Questa ricetta è sua e questo post è dedicato a lei, mai avrei pensato prima di assaggiarlo, che sarei diventata golosa di sgombro al vapore … il resto lo sappiamo noi.

Oui, la «grande femme,né en 1934," dont nous avons déjà parlé est mon incroyable belle-mère, Anna, la même femme qui à l'âge de quatre-vingts ans, avec les deux mains sur lesquelles l'arthrose n'a pas épargné même un peu 'a ravivé l'art ancien et, à côté de ma douce mère, elle cousait la robe de mariée, double, car il y avait aussi la dentelle; la même femme qui hausse les épaules et sourit comme pour dire: «Il est tous ici», puis sortir de la chapeau des gemmes et des recettes ultra-fin, toujours souriant, parce que: «Il est tous ici."
Cette recette est la sienne et ce post est dédié à elle, je ne pensais pas avant de le goûter, je deviendrais le maquereau fumé gourmand ...

Her name is Anna, “a Great  Woman” class of1934, the one I have already talked about.

She is my incredible  mother- in- law.

She is 80 years  old and her hands have not been saved  by arhrosis, neverthless she brushed up an ancient art  side by side  with  my  dear   mum  and sewed  twice  the cloth amount because  there  was  also  the “ THE LACE”..

She is the same woman  that  shrugs  one's shoulders  and  smiles at you as if she were saying “ Is That all?”..and then as if by magic, she pulls precious pearls out of her bag and smiling  tells us  supreme receips, because...”Is that all” !

The following is one of  “Anna”'s  receips  and is dedicated to her.

I would never have  thought  before tasting this  dish that I would become greedy for steamed mackerel....We know the rest of the story...
